Vehicle break-ins and stolen bikes at Harlaxton and Denton

Police have released a description of two men they would like to speak to in connection with an attempted vehicle break-in at Harlaxton.

At 4.45pm yesterday two males were seen trying to get into a vehicle parked on the High Street, Harlaxton.

They were described as approximately 5ft 8/9 and slim with one wearing a dark grey hooded top, black trousers, trainers and on a mountain bike, while the second male was wearing a white/cream hooded top.

Anyone who saw them is asked to contact the police quoting incident number 362 of May 21.

Also at some point during the day yesterday a garage on Manor Drive in Harlaxton was broken into and two adult pushbikes stolen (incident number 439).

Meanwhile a Blue Audi parked on the Brewers Grave/Viking Way area off Belvoir Road in Denton was broken into between 2pm and 4.25pm yesterday (incident number 322).
