Work to begin in Wide Westgate

MAJOR work lasting 13 weeks will soon begin with the aim of improving Wide Westgate in Grantham.

The work is the second part of the development which saw the Market Place redesigned.

Lincolnshire County Council and South Kesteven District Council believe the work, which will begin on June 11, will make the area more attractive for businesses and shoppers.

The councils hope to keep the road open for part 13 weeks despite the road being subject to a full road closure order.
