MISS Kate Hammill Wojtun, daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Wojtun, of North Parade, Grantham, and Mr James Michael Oldfield, son of Mr and Mrs A. Oldfield, of Sheffield, were married at St Wulfram’s Church, Grantham.
The service was conducted by Canon Christopher Andrews.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a white satin, A-line dress with a straight neckline, beaded bodice, skirt and train together with a chiffon bolero. She carried deepwater and spray roses.
Bridesmaids were Leah Gillson, Sarah Kneale, Emily Oldfield (bridegroom’s cousin) and Kirsty Wild. They wore burgundy satin dresses and carried flowers similar to the bride’s.
Best man was David Goodwill. Usher was Michael Wojtun, bride’s brother.
A reception was held at the Angel and Royal Hotel, Grantham, and a honeymoon followed on Menorca.
The couple will live in Sheffield.
Kate is a payroll assistant and she enjoys listening to music. James is a management accountant and his interests include playing pool, going to football matches and listening to music.
