MISS Rebecca Louise Gee, daughter of Adrian and Diane Gee, of Great Gonerby, and Mr Christopher John Meads, son of Brian and Pauleen Meads, of Skillington, were married at the Church of St James, Skillington. Rebecca was driven to church in a burgundy 1930s Rolls Royce.
The service was conducted by the Rev Eric Lomax.
Given away by her father, the bride wore an ivory taffeta gown with a full skirt and train. She carried ivory roses and purple freesias.
Bridesmaids were Sharon Stimpson, Charlotte Bailey and Jo Eales, wearing purple, strapless dresses with pintucked skirts. They carried flowers similar to the bride’s.
Best man was Philip Colton. Ushers were Tom Edwards and Kiel Stewart.
The Elsham Singers sang during the signing of the register. The reception was held at Stoke Rochford Hall and a honeymoon followed in the Maldives.
The couple will live in Grantham. Rebecca is a quality auditor at Moy Park and she enjoys cooking and gardening. Christopher is a welder for Network Rail and his interests include fishing and gardening.
