MRS Christine Hilda Hatcher, of Brick Kiln Place, Grantham, has died in Lincoln County Hospital. She was 83.
Born in Grantham she had two sisters, Anne and Doris.
Mrs Hatcher leaves her husband, Doug, sons, Gordon and Michael, daughter, Maureen, eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She worked at the State cinema in Grantham, prior to her marriage in September 1946 and then went to work at BMARC, where she stayed for 15 years.
Mrs Hatcher enjoyed gardening, housework, visiting her family and taking holidays in the UK and abroad with her husband. She especially enjoyed visiting the Isle of Wight.
Canon Alan Haydock conducted the funeral service at Grantham Crematorium Chapel.
