MS Dawn Vera Brown, of Lincoln Road, Honington, has died there. She was 49.
Born in Honington, she was the daughter of Vera Brown and the late Mr M. Brown, and sister to Tony, Jane and Alan.
She was partner to Charlie for 29 years and mother to Yvonne.
After leaving St Wulfram’s School, where she was head girl, she went to work in the hosiery trade.
Ms Brown’s interests included horses, crafts and fashion.
The Rev Alan Littlewood conducted the funeral service at St Wilfrid’s Church, Honington. Burial followed in the village.
