Mr Lewis Dixon, of Grantham, has died in Grantham Hospital. He was 85.
Born in Coxgreen, Sunderland, he was the son of the late Lewis and Mary Dixon.
Mr Dixon was married to Betty. He has a daughter Jean, son-in-law Derrick, granddaughters Christine and Deborah and great-granddaughters Jessica and Lucy.
During his working life Mr Dixon had been employed at Bjorlows, Vacu-Lug and Aveling Barford.
His interests included drawing and painting, woodworking, archery, snooker and watching cowboy films.
Robert Holland conducted the funeral service at Grantham Crematorium Chapel.

Funeral arrangements were by Robert Holland, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham.
