Mrs June Eleanor Tuck, of Rosetti Court, Grantham, has died in Newton House Nursing Home, Grantham. She was 80.
The daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Frank Bonshor, she was born in Woolsthorpe-by-Belvoir.
Mrs Tuck leaves her children, Carolynn, Tracey, Amy, Susan and Stephen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and sister, Thelma, who lives in Australia.
After leaving school she began work as a telephonist, working in Peterborough and Skegness at times. She later worked at Kontak and while her children were young she worked in the kitchen at Harrowby Infants School.
Mrs Tuck loved painting and she attended an art group for a few years. She was also liked gardening, reading and knitting.
The Rev David Shenton conducted the funeral service at the Church of the Ascension, Edinburgh Road, Grantham. Burial followed in Grantham cemetery.
Family mourners included: Carolynn and John Crump, Nathan Massen and Gemma Smith, Emma Sanderson, Tracey and Ian Flippance, Susan, Adrian and Frank King, Amy Gardiner, Dave Parkinson, Margaret and Brian Bonshor, John Gardiner, Derek Lyttel and Mr and Mrs N. Cummins.
Other mourners included: Marion Fletcher, Mr and Mrs M. Lawrance, Chris Bryan, Mr and Mrs Patterson, Wendy King, Malcolm Chambers, Jean Gilbert, Joan Kitching, Margaret Bend and Mr and Mrs N. Bainger.
Funeral arrangements were by Co-operative Funeralcare, Bridge End Road, Grantham. Donations were received for Ochre and Church of the Ascension.
