Carnival revamp
Finally someone has realised that the carnival parade is getting a bit boring. I have been going to the carnival all my life and over the years it has been getting smaller and smaller.
Finally someone has realised that the carnival parade is getting a bit boring. I have been going to the carnival all my life and over the years it has been getting smaller and smaller.There should be leaflets sent to all the businesses at least 3-4 months before the date telling people how they can get involved, which companies are offering the donated vehicles and where are the best/cheapest places to go for decorations and costumes. There really needs to be a lot done to get the carnival back to how it used to be, but I really think and hope it can be done.
