I wish to express my sincere thanks to all the children who came and sang in the ‘Big Sing’ on Saturday at Grantham carnival.
Despite the unseasonal weather you all sang beautifully and sounded wonderful.
May I also take this opportunity to thank all the parents, grandparents, family and friends who also braved the weather to listen to their children sing.
The children were a credit to their parents and the schools they attend.
Special thanks go Mrs Kay Sutherland and Mrs Victoria Scatchard of the National Junior School, Mrs Emma Jacklin of Little Gonerby Infants School and Ms Sharon Leeson of Harrowby Infants School for co-ordinating the Big Sing within their respective schools and rehearsing with the children.
