East Midlands Ambulance Service is undergoing a shake-up in a bid to improve response times

We would like to express grateful thanks for the treatment given by the paramedic and ambulance crew who were summoned by dad’s wonderful carer, Stephen.

Thanks also to the male nurse in A&E who looked after dad for several hours.

Once admitted to Ward 1, the treatment he received from the doctors, nursing staff, occupational therapists and physiotherapists during his stay there was exceptional. From being very poorly, he was nursed with great care so that, after four weeks, he was discharged to take up permanent residency in the care of St Edmunds, where he is very happy and continuing to improve.
