Two women from Grantham will be doing a 10,000ft tandem skydive at the end of the month to raise money for Grantham-based charity Thera Trust.
Chloe Amos and Stacy Hicks will jump out of a plane at 10,000ft at Langar and free-fall for 5,000ft before releasing the parachute.
The skydive was organised by Do It For Charity, the UK’s largest website for charity events.
They hope to raise £790 in sponsorship and are currently halfway to their target.
Stacy said: “We are very excited and a little nervous about the skydive. Many thanks to our colleagues for their overwhelming support and generosity. We hope to raise as much money as possible for Thera. Fingers crossed the parachutes open!”
