A TEENAGER was attacked with a knife while walking in Colsterworth on Monday afternoon.

The 17-year-old victim was near Isaac Newton Memorial Hall between 1pm and 1.30pm when he was approached by two males of a similar age.

One pulled out a knife and cut the victim’s arm. The victim tried to defend himself, punching back before suffering a second wound when he was slashed on the side of his body, across the ribs.

The offenders then ran off towards Colsterworth High Street.

The first is described as a white male, 5’9” tall, skinny build, black medium length hair, wearing a pink t-shirt and grey tracksuit bottoms. He also had a deep voice.

The second is also a white male, 5’5” tall, very skinny build, short brown straight hair, wearing a red t-shirt and black tracksuit bottoms. He also had a scar to his left cheek.

Police believe the suspects are regularly at the Isaac Newton Memorial Hall playing field and that they play football there.
