Tackle 220m zip wire for cancer charity

FUND-raisers are urged to take on a zip wire challenge to raise money for Marie Curie nurses in Lincolnshire.

Marie Curie Cancer Care is inviting people to do a sponsored 220m zip across the River Trent in Nottingham on June 11.

Community fund-raiser Stuart Wyle said: “By taking part, you will help Marie Curie Cancer Care raise vital funds which make a real and positive difference to the lives of local terminally ill people and their families.”

There is limited availability so those interested are urged to register now.

Registration is £10 and a minimum sponsorship of £100 must be raised, which will pay for five hours of nursing care.
