ALL rail services on the East Coast line will be delayed after a person was killed on the line, this evening.
The incident happened at 6.50pm.
A spokesman for Network Rail said: “I can confirm that Lincolnshire Police are on site, and an investigation as to what happened is under way. British Transport Police have been informed and are en route to the incident.”
We expect delays of between 60 and 90 minutes, but are doing all we can to restore service.”
He added that there were no plans to provide buses. Commuters and family members of those travelling can keep updated via the Network Rail website.
