Miss Carly Sale, daughter of Andrew and Ann Sale, of Barkston, and Mr Lee French, son of Eileen French, of Melton Mowbray, were married at St Nicholas Church, Barkston. The service was conducted by the Rev Stuart Hadley.
Given away by her father, the bride wore an ivory, A-line dress with intricate crystal and beading detail on the bodice, sweetheart neckline and lace-up back, with a scattering of cystals cascading down the skirt with full train. She carried hand-tied sweet avalance roses, raspberry roses, double pink lisianthus and gypsophila with diamante.
Bridesmaids were Nikki Walker, Danni Sale, Nicola Jack and Louise Enderby wearing raspberry maxi dresses with flower detailing. They carried flowers similar to the bride’s.
Flower girls were Grace and Evie Sale, wearing ivory satin, full-length dresses with an organza overlay and raspberry satin sash. They carried a mini basket arrangement.
Best man was Pete Osborne. Ushers were Mitchell and Curtis French, bridegroom’s sons, and Matthew Sale and Ian French.
A reception was held at The Manners Arms, Knipton. A honeymoon was spent in the Sani Beach resort in Greece. The couple will live in Grantham.
Carly is employed as a lettings manager. Her interests are shopping, cinema and musicals. Lee is a team leader and he enjoys football, going to the gym and spending time with friends.
