Poor planning is your problem

Have your say

I HAVE some words of advice for Dissatisified (Journal, January 7) regarding their letter about having skeleton staff at surgeries working for a couple of hours over public holidays, such as the recent Christmas break, so that members of the public can obtain their prescriptions; basically, it is called get a grip and organise your life.

You know the Christmas holiday period is coming, you have had a full year to prepare for it (I assume that you remembered to purchase your turkey) and if you can’t get your prescriptions ordered and collected before the break, then I don’t see why other people should give up their break to cater for your inadequacies.
