MRS Gwladys May Martin, of High Street, Harlaxton, has died at Grantham Hospital. She was 92.
Born in Harlaxton, she was the only sister to five brothers. She married Aubrey Martin in 1944 and lived all her
life in Harlaxton.

She originally worked as an insurance agent for Prudential until her marriage, when she became a partner in the m
ilk delivery business with her husband.

She delivered milk around Harlaxton and surrounding villages until her retirement in 1984.

Her interests included gardening and sport.
The funeral service was held at St Mary and St Peter's Church, Harlaxton, conducted by Sheila Finch. Cremation followed at Grantham.

Family mourners included: Stewart and Lynn Warren, Michael and Denise Heardman, Keith and Sue Jones, Ian and Tracy Jones, Andrew and Jane Jones, Joy Jones, Lauren Jones, Kate, Stephen and Jessica Ghorley, Hannah Warren, Chris Warburton, Dan Heardman, Robbie Heardman, Angus Heardman, Fay
Brett, John Hymers, Denise Badby, John Ellis and Kelly
Brett.

Other mourners included: Bob Merchant, Margaret Crombie, Mr and Mrs P. Montague, Pat Madge, Bobbie Bradley, Pauline
Johnson, Peggy Kitchen, Susan Watkin, Alan Dobney, Jane Thomas, Brenda Brown, Eileen Skeith, Sheila and Frank Harris, Harry Stevens, Mrs Marshman, Pip and Sally Watkin, Christopher and Joanne Watkin, Peter Dobney, Janet Straw, John Maidens, Brenda Chandler, Jean Jones, Alan Scobell, Mr
and Mrs Barker, Mr and Mrs Stanger, Mrs H. Taylor, Faith Pell, Sylvia Cranfield, Anne Hollingsworth, Valerie Burns,
Stuart and Sue Amos, Pat Hollingsworth, Stuart Warren, Dorothy Warren, Rob Heardman, Angus Heardman and Daniel Heardman.

Funeral arrangements were by Robert Holland, St Catherine's Road, Grantham.

Donations were received for Harlaxton Church.
