Ten members of Grantham Running Club took part in the Woodhall Spa 10km race on Sunday.
First of the ten home was Iain Brown, less than a week after setting a personal best at the Liverpool Marathon. He was followed by Rob Howbrook who recorded his fastest ever 10km time on a road course, with Stuart Sinclair following up his Parkrun PB the previous day with a fine performance as third man home.
There was an outstanding run by Louise Payne, less than a week after her full marathon debut in Edinburgh, and she recorded her fastest 10km time yet.

Three Grantham Athletic Club members tackled the Woodhall Spa 10km.

l Grantham AC’s Keith Measures updated his personal best yet again for the Newark Parkrun on Saturday.
He completed the 5km course in 23min 2sec and was second ‘veteran 60’ over the finish line.
Stuart Sinclair’s PB was the second fastest ever by a Grantham RC runner at this event.
Mark Hillson reduced his time for the second successive week by some some 30 seconds, while Suzanne Britz made her Parkrun debut.
