Grantham Athletic Club’s Sophie Stanley took part in the Folksworth 15-miler as a preparation race for the London Marathon in April.
She went comfortably under the two hour barrier with a 1hr 57min 57sec time and finish position of 157th from the 420-strong field.
Isabel Hobday had a fantastic run at the Belton House Parkrun where she was first female home in 21.46, lowering her personal best by 39 seconds. Sheamus Sheard had a brilliant run at the same event and was the overall winner with a time of 19.04, only 12 seconds shy of his parkrun PB.
Ewan Rodell, Catherine Muir, Julie Stewart and Ian Worrall all lowered their PBs in the favourable conditions.
Ben Allen continued his good form with a third place finish at the Forest Rec Parkrun with an 18.48 performance.
Three members of the Hall family competed in the Lincoln Parkrun which saw James knock an impressive 1min 29sec off his PB.
