ATHLETICS: Josh enjoys best race of the season
FORMER Grantham College student Josh Norman took part in the British University Cross-Country Championshps at Cardiff on Saturday.
It was possibly 20-year-old Josh’s best race of the cross-country season, taking into account the conditions and the opposition.
The course was flat but with many turns. The ground was frozen hard and heavy snow fell throughout the race.
Josh finished a creditable 27th out of a field of more than 320 runners, including many senior and junior Britain internationals, completing the 10.6km course in 31min 59sec.
