Pointon secured their fifth cup final in two years and broke the Aslockton defence several times, with Harry Gutsell netting twice.

Pointon keeper Oliver Marshall saved an Aslockton shot before half time but the rebound was put away.

Gutsell made it 3-1 after the break but Aslockton scrambled back a second goal before levelling with two minutes to play.

After 10 minutes of extra time, the game went to penalties with Tim Schoutsen, Carl Fraser and Ryan Caven all faultless for Pointon.

A hard fought game resulted in the third 2-2 draw of the season between these two sides .

Pointon took the lead just after the break with a penalty, only for Josh Crane to net an equaliser soon after.

Pointon scored a second with only two minutes remaining. But with almost the last kick of the game, Crane scored his second to snatch a point for Ponton .

Ponton man of the match was Owen Devine.

Gonerby secured second place in the division with a decisive victory.

Okoth opened the scoring with a fine finish from a Hardy Cross. Robson set up McNulty who produced a cool finish to double the lead.

Bramley broke to score Gonerby’s third, and Meffen scored the fourth from the edge of the box.

Grove scored a consolation at the death.
