Harrowby United continued their pre-season preparation with a couple more friendlies, both of which ended in defeat.
Visiting a strong St Andrews side in Leicester on Saturday, the Arrows trailed 2-0 to the East Midlands Counties League side at the break.
Harrowby produced an improved second half performance and pulled a goal back through Kieran Helsdown, before conceding in the last minute to go down 3-1.
On Tuesday, the Arrows entertained Sherwood Colliery at the Environcom Stadium, suffering a narrow 2-1 defeat in an entertaining game.
Harrowby took the lead, albeit against the run of play, when Billy Stubbs timed his run to perfection to head home from a corner.
The well-organised Central Midlands League outfit equalised in the last seconds of the first half when Triston Burrell met a cross from the right, heading the ball down and in, bouncing up and over Arrows keeper Jack Drury.
The visitors won the game when Mark Carter converted from the penalty spot after Liam Green had been felled in the area by Sam Hill.
