Allington & Whatton Karate Club returned triumphant from the English Shotokan Alliance regional competition held at Market Rasen last Sunday.

Allington & Whatton Karate Club returned triumphant from the English Shotokan Alliance regional competition held at Market Rasen last Sunday.The club had a winning reputation to uphold and did not disappoint, taking nine podium places between them.

Results: 10-14 years black and brown belt - 3 Beth Rodway; 10-14 years yellow to purple belt - 1 Scott Wilson, 2 Joe Frobisher; nine-11 years yellow to purple belt - 1 Niamh Frobisher, 2 Jennifer Dixon; nine and under beginner to red belt - 2 Joe McLoughlin; 15 years and over yellow to purple belt - 2 Sue Frankcom; team event - 1 Scott Wilson, Joe Frobisher and Beth Rodway, 3 C Frankcom, Jennifer Dixon and Niamh Frobisher.
