Lincolnshire Tae Kwon-Do Championships were held at The Meres leisure centre last Saturday.
Students from Grantham, Corby Glen, Lincoln, Sleaford, Melton and Stamford contested the annual event which had 42 trophies on offer.
Instructors Malcolm Scholes, Jill Pearce and Daniel Pearce were pleased with the success of their members who ranged from five to 62 years of age.
The day was completed by a black belt power and accuracy test of breaking boards.
There was great success for the Arnold family from Corby Glen, with mother, daughter and son all collecting silverware. Mother Frances won silver in individual blue belt sparring, daughter Rose took gold in red belt team patterns, silver in individual patterns, silver in flying kicks, and bronze in team sparring, whilst son Elliott won silver in red belt patterns.
