The Band From County Hell are set to make a welcome return to the Guildhall Arts Centre next week.
The five-piece Celtic rock outfit are appearing at the arts centre on Saturday, March 15, as part of their St Patrick’s tour.
Described as one of the most exciting Celtic bands on today’s circuit, they have recorded six albums and have played at every kind of venue, from the smallest pub to international festivals. They have even put on their own show at The London Palladium.
The band is promising a night of upbeat Celtic music and song, with a few extra traditional songs to mark St Patrick’s Day, which is celebrated two days later.
Frontman and founder of the band, Steven Mclelland, said: “We are really looking forward to our night at The Guildhall. It’s a great venue for us.”
Tickets for the show, which starts at 8pm, are £10 (£8 concessions) and available from the box office, telephone 01476 406158.
