MEMBERS of the Campaign for Real Ale in Grantham are hosting their annual beer festival.

Grantham Beer Festival got under way yesterday and continues throughout the weekend.

There are more than 40 beers on offer, predominantly from the south west of England, but supplemented by brews from Grantham brewers Brewsters, Newby Wyke and Oldershaw Brewery.

The festival is taking place at Grantham Railway Club, off Huntingtower Road and is open from 11am to 11pm today and tomorrow and noon to 7pm on Sunday.

Tonight (Friday) there will be live music from Aron Fender and their will be more acts throughout the weekend.
