Paul Carrack, one of the hardest working figures in modern music, will soon take to the stage for his 2013-14 tour.
The man behind hits such as ‘The Living Years’, ‘Tempted’ and ‘How Long’ will be performing at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on Sunday, November 24, and Newark Palace Theatre on Friday, April 4.
Paul has had a music career spanning 40 years during which he has appeared on over 60 albums. He is best known as the former vocalist of Mike and the Mechanics and the voice of many hits over the years.
As if his vocal talents weren’t enough, he has also writen material for the Eagles, Diana Ross, Tom Jones, Michael McDonald, Jools Holland and others.
BBC4 screened a programme on him last year called ‘The Man With the Golden Voice’, documenting his upbringing in Sheffield and his path to becoming a global star.
Paul has recently toured the world as a member of Eric Clapton’s Band.
