HUNDREDS of pounds was raised for Grantham Hospice at the first ever G in the Park music festival, which took place at Dysart Park yesterday (Sunday).

More than 1,000 people attended the successful event throughout the day to see the talented musicians and dancers on stage.

Families and friends got together to enjoy the range of music from gospel to rock, which was performed by artists including; Two Man Kamikaze, James Alexander, Fields of Fire, Impression, Identity Crisis, Under the Covers, Station, The Mondays and Qoncept.
