Funhouse Comedy returns to The Gingerbread bar at The Meres stadium next Friday (March 17) for a great night of laughter.
Headlining the night is Tudor Owen, a bi-lingual comedian who performs stand-up in both English and his first language – Welsh.
Originally a studio floor manager working on TV shows in Wales, one evening the warm-up comedian hadn’t turned up so the director ordered him to ‘just make the audience laugh’ – many years later he continues to do just that.
Support is from the extremely likeable Tom Glover with his sharp wit and contemporary tales; his wickedly funny observations leave his audiences in stitches.
Completing the line-up will be will be the outrageous comedian and magician Wayne the Weird. Bamboozling and fascinating the crowd with trickery, his balance of comedy, magic and banter is the recipe for his success.
Compere for the night will be the amiable and animated Spiky Mike.
7.30pm doors, 8.15pm start.
Tickets are £8 in advance.
