4,000 homes for south of town, but which option would you like?

Have your say

PLANS for a major 4,000 home planning development to be built on land to the south of Grantham have been opened up for public scrutiny.

The ‘Southern Quadrant’ development is planned for land between the A52 at Somerby Hill and Spittlegate Level. People are being asked which of two proposed layouts for the development they would prefer.

Leader of South Kesteven District Council Linda Neal said: “We want to make sure that any future development fits in with the existing area, protects the environment where possible, and is sensitive to the existing communities. That’s why we want to hear the views of local people.”
