A SUPERMARKET manager has helped to raise more than £3,500 for breast cancer charity Tickled Pink.
Adele Woolgar is store manager at Asda in Grantham, and she joined six managers from other supermarkets across the region in raising the cash.
The money was raised through a number of activities and culminated in the recent Robin Hood Half Marathon which all the managers, including Adele, ran together in support of the worthy cause.
All proceedings will be directed to projects fighting breast cancer across the region.
Since the charity was set up 15 years ago, the Tickled Pink campaign has raised over £25 million to help fight the battle with cancer and save lives.
The campaign supports two cancer charities - Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Campaign.
