A woman who lives in Ancaster spent two nights in the cells at Grantham police station after failing to fulfil her bail conditions.
Tanya Robertson, 30, of Hillside, Ancaster, was on bail with the conditions she reports to a police station in Lincoln three times a week but she failed to do so on Saturday and so was arrested just after midnight on Sunday morning.
Bill Fraser, defending, said Robertson had not been able to afford to get to Lincoln that day but that would no longer be a problem as she was moving to live in the city as soon as she leaves court.
Magistrates bailed Robertson with the conditions she reports to a police station daily and abides by a 10pm to 8am curfew.
Chair of magistrates George Hoyles said: “If you fail once more in anything you will be in trouble.”
