Barrowby targeted by catalytic converter thefts

Police news.
Police news.

Catalytic converters were stolen from two vehicles parked up in Barrowby last night (Tuesday).

Vehicles were parked up in Westry Close and Reedings Road.

PCSO Stuart Bowden, of the Grantham rural south neighbourhood policing team, said: “Due to the nature of rural locations being sparsely populated and minimal street lighting, it can provide an opportunity for criminal activity to take place. The vigilance of local residents is extremely valuable in mitigating these factors.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Lincolnshire Police on the non-emergency 101 number.
