Bridge repairs to close High Street in Brant Broughton

Brant Broughton’s High Street will be closed in the vicinity of the fire station starting next week while a damaged bridge is repaired and strengthened.

During the closure between August 24 and September 11, there will be a diversion route signed via the A17 to Leadenham Heath, Pottergate, A607 to Harmston, Station Road (Harmston Hill), Broughton Lane and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout.

Temporary traffic lights are in place until August 23 and between September 11 to 25 to allow brick repairs and painting to be carried out.
