CHILDREN from Ingoldsby Brownies donated money they raised to a charity of their own choosing this week.
The girls raised £70 for charity after deciding to put on a dance performance for villagers.
Diana Burrows, leader of Ingoldsby Brownies, said: “The performance went down extremely well and the children did very well indeed. We are really grateful to Anne Warren for giving up her spare time to teach the children.”
The girls were taught line dancing, country dancing, the charleston and Bollywood dancing.
The Brownies voted to donate the money raised from the dance to Cancer Research UK.
