Vietnamese bubble tea shop to open in Grantham

Planners have approved an application to open a Vietnamese bubble tea shop in Grantham.

The application submitted by Ms Nhi Yen Thi Pham was for a change of use of the ground floor at 28 Westgate, from retail to a restaurant/cafe.

The tea shop will sell hot and cold drinks and predominantly cold food, such as sandwiches, with one hot food item on the menu - grilled chicken and rice.

It will be open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm, and Saturdays, 8.30am - 6pm, and Bank Holidays and Sundays, 8.30am - 6pm.

The premises formerly housed a computer service shop.
