Burglars target villages in the Grantham area

A number of thefts are being investigated by police in several villages in the Grantham area.

In the last three weeks a garage was broken into and a quantity of tools were taken from a property on Vicarage Lane in Long Bennington (incident number 114 of December 5).

On December 1 burglars entered a property on Church Street in Barrowby and stole four watches, two mobile phones and an Ipad (incident number 357 of December 1).

On December 12 a shed was broken into and a Rotherberger pipe freezer stolen from the property on Stone Pit Lane in Marston (incident number 248 of December 8).

Vehicle number plates were stolen from a van, registration VRM MF55TNO, on Denton Lane, Casthorpe, (incident number 166 of December 6).

On December 2, a blue line box trailer was stolen from a property at midday in Gelston (incident number 337 of December 2).

If anybody has any information on these incidents contact the force control room on 101, quoting the incident number.
