Grantham retailers are invited to an event where they will be given advice on how to gear up for Christmas.
Shop owners can take part in a ‘Streamlining your Business’ event in the run up to Christmas, organised by South Kesteven District Council at Alive Church, Grantham, on Wednesday, November 19. It will start at 6pm and refreshments will be available.
Aimee Holland, managing director of Retail Revolution Programme, will outline how stores can gear up for the festive season. Topics covered will include creating the perfect gift hampers, discounts and promotions, preparing for January sales and celebrating the buzz online.
Aimee said: “People sometimes think their stock is not suited to the Christmas sales and miss out, but all it takes is a little creativity and you can create the perfect gift.”
David Mather, SKDC economic development manager, said: “We know the run up to Christmas is very important for businesses and we want to do all we can to help them.”
