James Mason, 32, from Grantham.

He has worked as a factory operative and was a cleaner until August last year when he was made redundant. He is back at college at the moment doing a maths course to try and improve his qualifications. Since his redundancy James has been doing work for agencies but wants something more permanent. Ideally around 40 hours per week but he will work less hours if he is offered them.

He would like to ideally work in a supermarket warehouse or similar as he is not very confident with customers.

He is working hard to gain qualifications to give him more opportunities.
