Call for witnesses after driver smashes head on into car in Grantham street and drives off

Police news.
Police news.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a fail-to-stop road traffic collision in Grantham on Saturday.

Officers are keen to trace a black Honda Civic in the area with front-end damage after it was involved in the collision at around 6.15pm. The Honda’s offside headlight was smashed after it hit another car, a green Mazda, head on. It is possible that the Honda was involved in another fail-to-stop collision in the town earlier on the same day, near to Asda.

Police would like to hear from anyone who has any information that will help identify the vehicle involved. Information to police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting incident number 330 of May 2.
