Enjoy an uplifting and exhilarating performance by the UK’s favourite contemporary choir at the Guildhall Arts Centre theatre tomorrow (July 16).

Over 200 Rock Choir members from Grantham, Melton Mowbray and Newark, led by choir leader Kat Tye will be performing a selection of fun, upbeat, feel-good songs from the Rock Choir repertoire at the Grantham venue at a 2.30pm matinee and again at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £10 from the Guildhall box office.

Rock Choir has over 20,000 members in more than 300 local communities nationwide.

It offers an alternative experience to the traditional classical or community choir, pioneering a new approach to vocal training and entertainment.

It offers the general public the chance to sing pop, rock and chart songs with no entry audition, no requirements to read music or have any previous singing experience.

New members are always very welcome and anyone interested in joining can try a free 90-minute taster session.

The Grantham Rock Choir meets every Wednesday evening at the town’s Urban Hotel.
