Christmas presents for children in four hospital wards were delivered following the successful auction at Rumours organised by RAF Regiment charity Band of Brothers.

The auction at the Grantham bar arranged by owner Dean Ward and fellow events co-ordinator for the charity Dave Pascoe, saw more than 100 current and former members of the RAF Regiment unite to raise funds to purchase gifts.

Pictured delivering toys at Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham are members of the Band of Brothers Sue Olivers, her son Jacob, Mark Dewberry and Jamie Quinn.

Gifts were also taken to Manchester Children’s Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and West Suffolk Hospital, the nearest to the Regiment’s base at RAF Honnington.
