Exciting features planned for September’s Gravity Fields Festival (September 21-25) were demonstrated to guests at a launch event yesterday afternoon (Thursday).

The ‘Community and Education’ launch took place in the Guildhall Arts Centre ballroom, a chance for community groups, schools and other interested parties to find out more about the festival and how they can be part of it.

A highlight was a teaser by Cirque Bijou, the performance company which is set to wow the crowds once again during the big Saturday night finale, following its popular show back in 2012 at the first-ever Gravity Fields.

A varied programme of events, talks and shows will make up this year’s Gravity Fields. For more information, visit www.gravityfields.co.uk
