COUNCIL tax is set to be frozen after authorities all followed Government advice and agreed to now increase.

South Kesteven District Council, Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire Police have all announced their intention to freeze council tax at current levels.

The majority of people’s council tax goes to Lincolnshire County Council but despite needing to make savings of £125 million over the next four years, the authority decided to freeze its precept for the coming financial year.
