Court round-up: Grantham area defendants are sentenced




Grantham area defendants brought before the courts recently include:

Pawel Jablonski, 36, of Walton Gardens, Grantham: guilty of driving a Ford vehicle on St Peter’s Hill without insurance and failing to comply with a red light traffic signal, both on December 31. He was fined £880, told to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty
points.

Jaime Louise Pape, 41, of Glen Road, Castle Bytham: guilty of driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Stamford on February 2 otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without insurance. She was fined £880, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and her driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Curtis James Plant, 22, of Harlaxton Road, Grantham: admits having in his possession a quantity of class B drug cannabis in Barnwell Terrace on March 20. He was fined £200 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Regan Carter, 20, of Sturrock Court, Grantham: admits driving a Nissan vehicle on Agnes Street, Grantham, on May 24, 2018, otherwise than in accordance with a licence, without insurance and without an MOT certificate. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Samantha Marie Bentley, 26, of Berkeley Avenue, Grantham: guilty of permitting another to use a Vauxhall Vectra in Grantham on October 31 without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. She was fined £880, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and her driving licence endorsed with eight penalty
points.

Lukasz Kacper Paszkiewicz, 30, of London Road, Grantham: guilty of using a Peugeot vehicle in Inner Street on September 22 without insurance. He was fined £660, told to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Kamil Lamch, 26, of Belmont Grove, Grantham: admits driving a Volkswagen Passat in New Beacon Road on November 23 with 109 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine – the legal limit is 107 milligrammes. He was banned from driving for three years.

Luke Allan, 19, of Harrowby Road, Grantham: guilty of driving an Audi vehicle in Sleaford on September 13 otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £220, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with three penalty
points.

Rebecca Birch, 33, of New Street, Grantham: guilty of dropping smoking litter in Lincoln on September 14. She was fined £220 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Tomas Sleikus, 28, of Eton Street, Grantham: guilty of driving a Renault vehicle in Westgate on February 16 without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £586, ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Marian Szabo, 23, of Becketts Close, Grantham: guilty of driving a Vauxhall vehicle in Bridge Street on February 16, 2018, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without insurance. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Anthony George Stephen Daniel Smith, 40, of Warmington Avenue, Grantham: guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood when believed to have committed an offence in Ancaster on January 11, and having in his possession a quantity of class A drug methodone. He was fined £200, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £300 costs and banned from driving for 18 months.

Charlie Carter, 21, of Warmington Avenue, Grantham: admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Carlton Scroop on March 21 with 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35mcg. He also admits driving without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £240, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 14 months.
