Grantham area defendants brought before the courts recently include:
Stacey Macdonald, 41, of Burrows Close, Grantham: admits having in her possession quantities of class A drugs diamorphine and cocaine and class B drug Buprenorphine, all in Grantham on February 19, 2018. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.
Pawel Jablonski, 36, of Harlaxton Road, Grantham: admits assaulting a woman by beating in Grantham on February 12 and failing to surrender to Lincoln Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. He was made the subject of a community order including alcohol abstinence and rehabilitation requirements, told to pay £200 in compensation, £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
Kelvin James Jackson, 48, of Cambridge Street, Grantham: failed to attend a parenting programme with an early help worker between August 3 and September 21, 2018. He was fined £100 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Thomas Christopher Carter, 19, of Balmoral Drive, Grantham: admits being drunk and disorderly in Market Place, doing £40 of damage to cell walls and a floor at Grantham Police Station and having in his possession a quantity of class A drug cocaine. He was ordered to pay £40 in compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs, and made the subject of a community order to include a three-month curfew which will see him remain at his address between 7pm and 7am, plus a rehabilitation requirement.
Robert Paul Simpson, 50, of Welham Street, Grantham: admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, racially aggravated, in Grantham on August 21, 2018. Detention was deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.
Russell Bryan Coleman, 36, of Redcross Street, Grantham: admits being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police constable in Market Place on March 10. He was fined £466 and ordered to pay a £46 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Oliver Walton, 26, of Brendon Close, Grantham: admits driving a Ford Fiesta on St Peter’s Hill with 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35mcg. He was fined £361, ordered to pay a £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 17 months.
Barbara Bowyer, of Main Street Claypole; Dawn Campbell, of Shelley Avenue, Grantham; Purvinshis Eduards, of High Street, Grantham; Allison Foster, of Kinoulton Court, Grantham; Charlotte Green, of Turnor Crescent, Grantham; Mateusz Lesniowski, of Ormonde Close, Grantham; Sandra Martins, of Tarlok Green, South Witham; Nina Ostrzycka, of Norton Street, Grantham; Chris Porter, of Oxford Street, Grantham; Liam Porter, of Tennyson Avenue, Grantham; and Luke Taylor, of North Parade, Grantham, are all guilty of dropping smoking litter and were fined £220 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £83 costs. Tracey Rowland, of Oxford Street, Grantham was guilty of dropping smoking litter and was fined £83 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £83 costs.
Daniel Richard Scoffield, 30, of Cambridge Street, Grantham: admits two counts of stealing meat worth £100 from Sainsbury’s on March 28 and April 1 and two counts of committing a further offence while the subject of a conditional discharge order for theft and a public order offence. Scoffield was committed to prison for 12 weeks because the offences were aggravated by his record of previous offending. He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
Kerry Ann Cahill, 35, of St Anne’s Street, Grantham: guilty of driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Swingbridge Road, Grantham, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without insurance. She was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £85 costs and her licence endorsed with six penalty points.
Robert Jessop, 47, of Middle Street, Croxton Kerrial: admits causing another person harassment, alarm or distress, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Grantham on January 5. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
William Wilson, 20, of Lindisfarne Way, Grantham: admits driving a Vauxhall Astra in Isaac Newton Way on October 31 with controlled drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without insurance. He was fined £120, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
