Crafts and toy shop to celebrate first year at Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle with activity day
A children’s craft and toy shop is celebrating its first anniversary next weekend.
Little Active Kids, which owns three websites - Crafts4Kids, Little Surfers and Little Skiers, opened their first shop at the Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle last August.
They will be celebrating their first anniversary next weekend, Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28 with a series of competitions, games and goodie bags.
There will also be puppet shows taking place at the Engine Yard on Saturday.
The small family run business was set up several years ago by Teff and Chris Bradshaw.
Marketing manager Louise France said: “We are passionate about engaging children with crafts and really interesting activities and toys and we encourage people to come to the shop and play and interact.
“We get a lot of grandparents coming in as well and we love to help them out when they are buying for their grandchildren. We are also running a number of craft sessions throughout the school holidays to offer parents something different to keep the kids occupied.”
