Crash closes A52 at Scott Willoughby

Two casualties were released from a car after it crashed on the A52 yesterday.

Fire crews from Billingborough and Sleaford attended the incident at 5.25pm at Scott Willoughby.

The crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to release those in the car. Police closed the road for at least an hour while the casualties were released and the car removed.

A police spokesman said it was a minor injury incident and no other vehicles were involved.
