Crooks strike in Grantham over the weekend

Police are appealing for information on several crimes which took place in Grantham over the weekend.

* A vehicle parked in Princess Drive was targeted on Friday night. Offenders knocked off a wing mirror and let down the tyres.

* A burglary was reported in Granville Street after a crook got in through an unlocked ground floor window in the early hours of Saturday morning. A laptop was stolen.

* A vandal keyed the side of a car in Sharpe Road at some point over the weekend, causing extensive damage to the paintwork.

* A vehicle was broken into on Saturday while parked in Gladstone Terrace. A window was smashed but nothing was reported as stolen.

* Overnight on Sunday, a set of number plates were stolen from a vehicle parked in Edward Street.
